The ba****d on the phone told me the engineers had replaced the gubbins up the pole and everything should be working fine, when in fact they haven't even booked the platform to access the pole! LYING BA****DS! Im REALLY starting to think life without broadband may be an option! FU****G AR******S your making me doubt myself now! AAAAAARRRRGH 5 engineers and into my 5th week without broadband! Even if I wanted to download it I cant! Why? Well my broadband collapsed on its arse 3 weeks ago (despite 3 engineers and 50 different hard to understand Pakistani customer service reps) and I cant get my broadband speed above 128k, thats when it doesn't cut off after 2 - 5 minutes!
